OUR MISSION

Our mission at Figarti is to have fun recreating history in the form of 54mm & 60mm metal toy soldiers and in so doing to captivate the collecting public with historically accurate, realistic looking and very detailed military figurines. We take our fun very seriously and enjoy breaking new ground by covering subject matter that traditionally has been ignored.

We are collectors and miniature figurine enthusiasts.
We started our workshop in the spring of 2003 with aspirations of doing something different and unique.
We look for subject matter that is original to recreate with historical accuracy and realism.
We take great pride in handcrafting exquisitely sculpted and painted figurines.
We believe in the relentless pursuit of quality workmanship.
We aim to serve the serious collector.
Our motto is "CREATIVITY, ARTISTRY AND CRAFTSMANSHIP".

Founder, collector, researcher and creative spirit, conceived the project while recuperating from a bypass operation early 2003.

The dynamic force behind strategic planning.

Shi Yong
Modeling hobbyist, designer, craftsman, oversees manufacturing operations.

Peter Wang
Computer expert, web designer, and IT-business consultant.

Our other team members consist of artists, sculptors, mold makers, and colorists.

In addition, we work closely with museums, libraries, historians and institutions of art to conduct exhaustive research for authenticity and realism's sake.
